These terms cover your use of this website and our text messaging program. If you become a client, your written service agreement with us sets out the terms of that work and takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Using this website

The information on this website is general. Prices and services shown here can change and are not a binding offer until we agree to them with you in writing. Please don't misuse the site or try to interfere with how it works.

Our services

We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue. Advertising spend is paid by you, directly to the ad platforms, in your own accounts. The accounts, domain, data and content we set up for you belong to you.

SMS messaging terms

Team Bullrun sends text messages to people who opt in. These include replies to inquiries, call scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups about our services.

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [SMS phone number: add once the GoHighLevel number is live]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at jack@teambullrun.com or osian@teambullrun.com.
3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages; message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
