Privacy Policy
Last updated September 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Team Bullrun ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
Who we are
Team Bullrun is a marketing agency for home service businesses, run by Jack Ward and Osian Davies. Questions about this policy go to jack@teambullrun.com or osian@teambullrun.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, details about your business, and anything you tell us by phone, text, email or form.
- Information collected when you use this website: we may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, that record things like your device, browser, the pages you visit and the site that referred you.
- Information we handle for clients: when we run marketing and follow-up systems for a client business, we process their customers' contact details on that client's behalf, only to provide the service they hired us for.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule calls.
- To provide, run and improve our services.
- To send you text messages and emails you have agreed to receive.
- To handle billing and meet our legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number to send the messages you agreed to. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), email, hosting, analytics and payment providers, and only as far as they need it to do that work. They must keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, as set out above.
Consent
We collect, use and share personal information with your consent, except where the law allows otherwise. You can withdraw consent at any time, though that may limit what we can do for you. We only send commercial electronic messages with your consent, every message identifies us, and every message tells you how to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Email either address above and we'll respond within 30 days.
